Shipping

We make our shipments with specialized carriers in the market.

Prices of items vary from country to country, and will appear on our website during the buying process, before payment.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, there may be customs clearance costs, duties or local taxes, to be paid by the customer at the time of receipt of order. We recommend you consult any estimated costs to a local agent.

Delivery time

The delivery of our shipments mainly depends on the location of the recipient.

The usual delivery tiem for countries in the European Union is 72 hours, but could be extended depending on the location of the recipient.

The usual delivery time for countries outside the European Union is 6-7 days, but could be extended depending on the location of the recipient.

Returns

Our main goal is to meet the expectations of our customers, so if for some reason we do not get your complete satisfaction, you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

All products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.

You may return your items to us using your own shipper at your cost. If you do, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send

We will proceed to refund the price of the item (s) you have paid on our website, once we receive, inspecte and check for correct conditions of item (s).

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges or any other expenses that may be incurred, such as custom fees, local taxes, etc., will not be refunded.

In the event that the return was due to a manufacturing fault, shipping costs and any other expenses which may be incurred shipping the item will run on our own, and will be charged along with the refund of the price paid by the Article.

Faulty products

If despite our exhaustive quality controls you receive a defective item, but you would like to have another one like it, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.

It has 14 calendar days to ask us to change.
